Internet access update

Well, they have disabled internet access for our laptops, which really really sucks. Apparently, they were never supposed to give it to us anyway. I hate it, but there is little I can do about it.

I will say that for one of the oldest institutions of Higher Learning, their computer access and equipment is crap. CRAP. You know you're screwed when you can't "Safely remove hardware" when using a flash drive.

Of course, half of it is Window's fault. Maybe if it didn't make it so damn hard to do anything as anything other than admin, it would be a bit easier. Oh well, there's always Longoverdue....

Anyway, I hope to continue blog updates, but to do so, I will probably need to invest in a flash drive (There is a staples here with decent prices). This is something I was going to do anyway, so it's no big deal.

However, we are going to Salisbury and Stonehendge (as a group) tomorrow, so it is likely that I will not be able to buy the drive until Wednesday. So don't be surprised if updates are sparse for a bit.
